GUIDED BY MENTORS. IGNITED FROM WITHIN. THIS ISN’T JUST A SUMMIT - IT’S A SPARK.

Like a mosaic, every girl is made of unique pieces—stories, dreams, challenges, and bold ideas. Mosaic is a one-day summit for girls ages 11–16 created to cultivate those pieces and help each girl step into her full potential. Through engaging workshops, hands-on activities, and real conversations with inspiring women mentors, each girl will:

  • Strengthen their resilience

  • Own their self-worth

  • Speak with purpose and clarity

At the heart of the experience are mentors—bold, compassionate young women who guide, listen, and lead by example. Together, we’ll create a community where girls feel seen, supported, and ready to show up as their truest selves.

Because every piece matters. Because when tenacity, confidence, and voice come together—your potential is possible.

At the heart of MOSAIC is its Mentors - our mentors are young women currently in college or post-collegiate, whom our Directors have known and worked with for years. In addition to working with these extraordinary young women during the summit, your daughter will also hear from them post-summit on a monthly basis. Keep an eye on our instagram (mosaic_summitforgirls) for mentor introductions.

Directors: Kristy and Brittany have worked together for 10 years and, together, have over 30 years of experience working with girls and their families in middle and high school.

  • Kristy Boyles

For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of coaching girls—on the field and beyond. What began with a whistle and a lacrosse stick has grown into a lifelong mission: helping girls believe in themselves, trust their voice, realize what is possible and feel confident in who they are.

Since 2012, I’ve led the Girls Lacrosse Program at Charlotte Country Day, guiding our team to 11 state championship appearances and 6 titles. I additionally owned and operated the largest girls lacrosse club in North Carolina for 12 years, mentoring hundreds of young athletes and their families through every stage of growth—from middle school to post-collegiate.

Yet the wins that matter most don’t show up on a scoreboard. They show up in the quiet moments of courage when a girl tries something new, has the confidence to speak up, the strength to lead, and the power of knowing she is pretty amazing and absolutely enough. And so, in 2023, I created KB Coaching - a mindset and leadership coaching business for girls and young women.

Through coaching, I am fiercely committed to providing a safe and supportive space for girls to trust who they are and cultivate their goals and aspirations - where they’re heard, guided and challenged. As a mother to three young children, two of them girls, my focus has only intensified: to nurture tenacity, to build confidence, and to know that their voice is vital.

  • Brittany (Philip) Pasut

For over 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside girls at every stage of development as lacrosse players — from five-year-olds picking up a stick for the first time to high school seniors ready to step boldly into their next chapter. Through my roles as a coach, director, coach development trainer and board member in the world of lacrosse, I’ve witnessed incredible transformations. I’ve seen the moment a girl realizes how strong she really is—and that moment changes everything. I’ve watched hundreds of girls grow into confident, capable girls armed with tools they’ll use far beyond the field.

Through my career, I have also had the honor of working within the Olympic Movement, helping prepare for Rio 2016, PyeongChang 2018, and the road to Tokyo with a first hand view of the lives of the athletes they work with. Those experiences solidified what I already knew deep down: growth is universal. Whether it’s on a global stage, in a neighborhood park, in circles of friends, or within the walls of a classroom, the same tenacity, power and confidence help people rise everywhere.

Building confidence. Nurturing a tenacious spirit. These things take time—and the truth is, the work is never really finished - but you have to start.

Now, as a mother to my one-year-old daughter, Vinnie, this truth feels even more profound. In so many ways, being a mother mirrors what I strive to do every day as a coach: help girls uncover their voices, build those big important life skills, and grow as confident, contributing, young women of our communities.
