Coaching is Who I Am

I have been the Girls Lacrosse Program Head at Charlotte Country Day since 2012, leading the team to 9 state championships and winning 6 of them. For the past 12 years I additionally owned and operated the largest girls lacrosse club in NC as well as managed and coached a multitude of National teams.

The opportunity to be a coach and mentor to young girls and women through lacrosse has led me to the distinct honor of now being called “Coach” off the field - this time focusing on coaching courage, breaking boundaries and empowering young girls and women to live to their fullest potential.

Working with a diverse range of clients to help them overcome challenges, create confidence, lean into their community and build a life they truly own and love is a privilege. As a life coach and mentor, I am fiercely committed to providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their goals and aspirations, and to guide and support them every step of the way.

For almost two decades I have been called “Coach” and what started as a passionate hobby quickly became my full-time career. I have coached lacrosse in Charlotte, NC since 2007, on every field there is, and have been fortunate to coach and work with hundreds of girls and their families from middle school to post-collegiate.

Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
